Stage Claims & Payments
It is important to only pay for work completed. You don't want to be overpaying a stage of completion. We know your contract, and we know the milestone stages.
Payment claims have legislation that stipulates the way they are dealt with. We know the importance of with this, not just for legislation purposes, but to establish and maintain trust with your builder, afterall, they are building your home as a business, so they have financial commitments they need to meet as well as the milestones of your build.
We prepare the correspondence and reporting for you and your finance broker, to ensure the payments are being made when they are due.


Consultant Management

Consultants are engaged to ensure every element is carefully designed, so it is important that the design is executed throughout the build
