Tender & Building Contract

Stage Claims & Payments

  • It is important to only pay for work completed. You don't want to be overpaying a stage of completion. We know your contract, and we know the milestone stages.

  • Payment claims have legislation that stipulates the way they are dealt with. We know the importance of with this, not just for legislation purposes, but to establish and maintain trust with your builder, afterall, they are building your home as a business, so they have financial commitments they need to meet as well as the milestones of your build.

  • We prepare the correspondence and reporting for you and your finance broker, to ensure the payments are being made when they are due.

Consultant Management

  • It is normal and unavoidable to stop change and challenges throughout your build

  • What is avoidable, is making errors in these choices

  • It is important to involve and advise the relevant professional person, responsible and accountable for key elements of your home

  • Consultants are engaged to ensure every element is carefully designed, so it is important that the design is executed throughout the build

  • We know the difference between a minor and a major change on site, and know how to manage that process with the relevant consultant

Construction Timeline
